Conditions
Booking & cancellation conditions
Book the stay on the calendar or on Airbnb / Booking.com - payment and cancellation follow that platform’s terms. House rules apply on site.
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00. For overnight stays we need ID documents before arrival (NTAK). Garden: 10:30–14:30, at least 3 hours (any slot in that window, e.g. 11:00–14:00); other times, send a Custom request. Garden and custom requests are paid by bank transfer after we confirm.
Free cancellation up to the 14th day before arrival. Between 7 and 14 days, 50% is refunded. Cancellations within 7 days can no longer be refunded.
